RON TURNER - CEO
Is a team driven leader, with over 22 years of Data Management success in the areas of Data Warehouse Development, ETL, Enterprise Data Modeling, Data Governance, Data Profiling, and Data Quality disciplines. Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to build ground up data warehouse and BI solutions in the Health Care, Entertainment, Hospitality and Retail industries.
Ron’s vision and leadership methods help companies optimize and organize data processes to drive strategic business decisions. Ron will work with your team to identify strategies and solutions that transform structured and unstructured data into an automated and scalable data solution.

DEREK MOSS - TECHNICAL LEAD
A natural problem solver, Derek brings nearly 20 years of experience to the table in Data Warehouse Development, Data Modeling, Business Analytics, Geographic Information Systems & Process and Personnel Management. Derek has built solid data warehouse solutions and trusted analytics for businesses in Managed Health Care, Retail, Education, Travel, Public Utilities and CRM. Derek has a passion for data and diving deep to transform it into powerful information intended to drive your business forward. Leaving no idea unexplored, Derek excels in the integration of disparate resources to ensure excellence in solutions provided.
Derek’s role within Northwest Data Warehouse Solutions is leadership and hands on development through all phases of the data warehouse and project life cycle. Derek will work closely with your team to bring to life your next big data project.
Wesley Potratz - Sr. Developer
A wide range of work environments, responsibilities and education have contributed to Wes's big-picture perspective and creative approach to solving problems. His technical business degree was the launching point into comprehending technical concepts while fitting them into business needs, and over a decade of experience in customer support has solidified my end-user centric attitude towards his work.
Wes started his post-graduation career as a data specialist, supporting a sales team for a
quickly growing start-up company – then, a year in, rode the wave into the large corporate scene as his company was integrated into Salesforce (an industry-leading
cloud-based software company). Wes mastered a variety of large projects for internal and external customers, refining his skills in business data analysis, reporting systems, data integration and customer support, all the while feeding his understanding of the
similar and the contrasting dynamics of small and large organizations.
In late 2016, Wes moved back to a fast-paced and dynamic environment with Northwest Data Warehouse Solutions to focus on enterprise data warehouse design and medical data management. He currently works closely with a highly skilled team, as a data warehouse developer and as a developer for front-end web-interfaces such as Microsoft SharePoint. Along-side my development efforts, our whole team has a crucial role in supporting the provision of high-impact BI data for use across large organizations.
Doug Lynch - Sr. Reporting
Originally from Northern CA, with 2 kids and a beautiful wife. Doug and his family are avid snow skiers, with a love for outdoor recreation in the Pacific Northwest.
Doug attended Butte College, in California, where he studied Mathematics. He has owned and managed several small businesses. His experience and math background catapulted his career to become a Data Analyst. Doug is naturally able to leverage business acumen into developing reports that not only report accurate numbers but gave a wider perspective to what was happening within the business.
Doug possesses strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills that allow him to study and interpret
the given data and extract relevant information. He is also has proficient knowledge in fields of marketing,
sales, promotion and economics.
